18 U.S.C. 2257
This statement is provided to satisfy 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (record-keeping requirements for sexually explicit media) and equivalent rules that apply to adult websites.
Age of performers
All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this website were 18 years of age or older at the time those depictions were created. WildGirl does not produce, host, or display sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18.
Exemption / producer status
Where WildGirl only displays content produced by others, the operator may be a secondary producer or an online platform rather than the primary producer. Primary producers remain responsible for creating and maintaining the original 2257 records. We require that all uploaded or licensed sexually explicit depictions be of adults only and that the uploader or licensor keep the legally required identification records.

Available to authorized inspectors during normal business hours upon valid legal request.
Date of production, digital identifiers, and copies of the depictions are kept with those records as required. We do not publish the street address of the custodian on this page in order to reduce harassment; it is available to the Attorney General, their agents, and other persons entitled by law to inspect the records.
What the statute requires (summary)
18 U.S.C. § 2257 requires producers of actual sexually explicit visual depictions to examine government-issued identification, create and index records of each performer, and keep those records for inspection. 18 U.S.C. § 2257A covers simulated sexual conduct and lascivious exhibition with a similar records duty (with limited certification exemptions). Failure to keep records, or making false records, is a federal crime.
